We are near the Research Triangle Park and numerous college and universities (including Duke, NCSU, UNC, and more!). The town of Cary has over 175,000 residents and we're quickly growing. We have the largest school district in the state and one of the 20 largest in the nation. We have temperate weather most of the year.
